Project Description
The e-Transform Ghana Project seeks to modernize government services, enhance digital access, and drive economic growth through technology-driven initiatives
I had the privilege of leading a team from Marichael Links Company Limited on an E-transform project, sponsored by the World Bank, the Ministry of Communication and Digitalization, the Ministry of Education, and other stakeholders. Our mission was to develop a smart ICT laboratory for senior high schools across Ghana's 16 regions.
In phase one of the project, I was responsible for building the laboratory from the ground up in the northern sector of Ghana. This included handling electrical installations and configuring thin clients and servers in six (6) senior high schools.
Phase two of the project, which involves setting up similar infrastructure in the southern region of the country, is set to begin soon.
Objectives
Improve targeting of government resources for more efficient use of public funds.
Enhance efficiency and coverage of priority government services, especially in rural and underserved areas.

Assessment & Planning: Evaluate regional needs and update designs.
Coordination & Implementation: Organize logistics and begin construction and installation.
Finalization: Test systems, provide training, and ensure successful integration.
